Sales, Operations & Guest Service Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

Applicants must be willing to work at Suria Hot Spring Resort Bentong, Pahang.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree,Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
Preferably Managers specializing in Sales and Operations, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in Sales, Hotel Profitability, Digital & Social Media.
Positive attitude towards fostering team work.
Must be able to work effectively in a challenging environment.
Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, and skype.
Full-Time position(s) available.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Handle and resolve management/operation problems in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.
Monitoring, responsible and handle every problem at Resort.
Responsible for visitors / checks from outside agencies.
Responsible for achieving monthly sales target results and annual business plans.
To implement an in-charge of the hotel sales and operations, which including front office, housekeeping & others.
To maintain hotel standards towards guest satisfaction, providing high standard services, quality assurance and asset enhancement.
Ensure the maximum usage of hotel room capacity in order to maximize revenue generated.
Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure the compliance with accounting procedures.
Ensure all guest are courteously, cordially and efficiently handle with special attention.
Responsible for smooth operation of the Front office department during shift, acting as the management representative for the Hotel to ensure complete guest and patron satisfaction.
Required to conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high of service is maintained.
Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned.
