1. Behavior-Based Interview Skills
Summary: Behavioural interviewing or targeted selection is a technique commonly used by HR recruiters to identify suitable candidates for roles. Behavioural interviewing is based on the assumption that past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour. Before entering into any job interview – behavioural or otherwise – an interviewer must identify what skills and competencies are required to perform this role; in this course, we will teach the HR professional to use this skill to better manage their recruitment process, using simulation and behavioural-based personality tools.

Summary: NEW PROGRAM. Every organization will inherently one day encounter a situation when medical First Aid must be rendered to their staff, in this comprehensive 3 Level Certification course, the participants will be trained using the EDIP (Explain, Demonstrate, Imitate & Practise) model to ensure extreme competency in the rendering of emergency medical care in any situation.
An additional bonus module will be the inclusion of Psychological First Aid, a critical first responder tool which supplements the physical medical component. Psychological first aid is an evidence-informed modular approach for assisting people in the immediate aftermath of disaster and terrorism to reduce initial distress and to foster short and long-term adaptive functioning.
