Semua pemohon Malaysia berumur di antara 16 – 35 tahun dan pendapatan isi rumah di bawah RM5000 sebulan layak mendapatkan bantuan pembiayaan pinjaman melalui Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK). Elaun sebanyak RM400 sebulan akan diberikan kepada pelatih selepas pinjaman diluluskan
